Neighborhood
The little town of Kornelimünster offers a number of attractions. For instance, the gothic abbey church is well worth a visit, as is the walk over to the old St. Stephanus parish church up on the hill. From there, you have a wonderful view over the entire town and the surrounding landscape. The medieval marketplace offers the perfect setting for a relaxed lunch or dinner, or maybe just a quiet drink.

You can begin longer or shorter hikes in Kornelimünster. Art enthusiasts can follow up their visit in the Kunsthaus with an excursion to the Ludwig Forum for International Art in Aachen, or the Neuer Aachener Kunstverein.
